PIEDMONT
FOOTBALL LEAGUE SPORTSMANSHIP RULES
- All
coaches must show good sportsmanship at all times. Any ejection for unsportsmanlike conduct
will result in the ejected person being removed from the park
immediately. The violator must sit
out the following game and may not have any interaction with
the team until the full suspension is observed. A coach is not allowed to return to the
park as a spectator for the game in which they are “sitting out”.
- Coaches
are responsible for their own fans.
If a parent or fan is displaying behavior that is inappropriate,
coaches will be given an opportunity to calm them down. If the behavior continues, the fan will
be removed from the park and subject to the same penalty as an ejected
coach.
- There
are no alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs allowed in the park. Violators will be prosecuted and/or
removed from the park immediately.
- Parents
and Fans will NOT be allowed to “tailgate” or cook on the SCPRD
property. Because of past problems
with fans and parents selling food, this is no longer allowed! Both cold and hot foods will be
available for purchase at the concession stand.
- SCPRD
and the Piedmont Football League have a zero tolerance policy in regards
to poor sportsmanship. Any coach or
fan heard using loud profanity will be removed from the property.
- If
an official gives a coach a warning about their behavior – they need to
heed the warning and adjust their behavior immediately.
If questions arise about a call
– or a “non” call, the coach must calmly ask the
official. Coaches who lose emotional
control will be ejected!
